Member Mondays - Featuring: Caroline McFee!

Meet Caroline “Garol” McFee!

All things Cape Harmony!

Q: How did you hear about Cape Harmony?

A: "My friend from my college group, Sigma'cappella, is very involved in the a cappella world. He knew that Mackenzie was in the group, so he told me about it and helped me record my audition and here I am."

Q: Describe your first Cape Harmony memory.

A: "I guess my very first memory from Cape Harmony is when I got the call from Sarah Miller when I got in and I started ugly crying. It was really ugly."

Q: What surprised you most about Cape Harmony?

A: "How insanely easy it was for 10 girls to click instantly as musicians and as best friends."

Q: What is your biggest takeaway from CH 2016?

A: "I guess to put it simply, work ethic and sisterhood."

Q: As a first-timer here on Cape Cod, what have you found is your favorite thing about the Cape?

A: "Okay, well, I came here knowing that I’m a major city girl, but after spending a full summer on the Cape, I learned about a part of myself that I didn’t really know was there. I think my favorite part about the Cape is how I found a piece of my heart here and I think that everybody can find it here too."

More about Caroline!

Q: How would your family describe you?

A: "Clumsy, spirited, and the baby."

Q: What’s your go-to outfit?

A: "A nice pair of high waisted jeans, a plain t-shirt, and maybe a scarf over it, too."

Q: If you were a Spice Girl, which one would you be?

A: "I've always connected with Sporty Spice ever since I was little. I’m not really athletic anymore, but I still love her."

Q: What’s your dream job?

A: "I don’t know for sure yet, but I know that I want to tell stories, connect with people, and have an effect on people's lives, while making money from doing it."

Q: You’re invited to a house-warming party. What do you bring?

A: "Guacamole and party hats."

Q: What’s your coffee order?

A: "Okay. This is important because I went to Dunkin today and ordered an almond joy coffee and they discontinued it. So I guess I’m just gonna say a coconut iced coffee with almond milk."

Q: What’s your crazy obsession?

A: "I am obsessed with the moon. I have a strong relationship with the moon."

Q: If you were a vegetable, what would you be?

A: "My nickname when I was little was carrot, so I’m gonna go with carrot."

Q: What’s your catch phrase?

A: "I say ‘that’s insane’ a lot."

Q: What was your favorite game as a kid?

A: "When I was younger, my sister and I played a game called 'la la land,' and we would stand behind a tree in our front yard and do this weird 'la la land' chant and then after ten seconds we would run out into the field and pretend like we were in la la land."
